Our mission is to provide you with exceptional recovery for your Peace of Mind.

When you schedule your appointment with us at Peace of Mind you are agreeing to the following policies:

Arrival
It is best to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you will get the most of your treatment by us.
If you should arrive late, we will still have to end your session at the initially scheduled time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of your initially scheduled appointment.

As a courtesy to others, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and all mobile devices must be off or put on silent when checking in and during session.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Your appointment is very important to us. They are a reservation for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request a 12-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Also, if you know that you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as you are aware of this rather than waiting for the confirmation notice (courtesy text/call).

We realize that unforeseen circumstances may affect your schedule and we are willing to make certain adjustments, if needed. This is expected to be an exception and not an ongoing request.


Fees
Any appointment that is not cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours will be charged a $50 fee. Any "no show" event will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment.
This is to maintain the value and respect of the time of our clients and therapists. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential of helping another client.

Medical Conditions
and Illness
Please advise us at the time of booking of any health conditions or change therein. In certain cases, we may request a doctor's clearance before treatment.

If running a fever (100.4 °F or higher), it is unhealthy to receive a massage as it could increase your symptoms in addition to the risk of potentially spreading illness.
Please contact us to reschedule if you have a fever.


Payment
A valid credit card is required at the time of book to keep on file.
Payment at time of service can be made with the following:
Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, Venmo,
Local Checks (with valid ID), Cash

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase. They may be redeemed by the recipient or transferred to another party. We respectfully ask that you disclose that payment will be made with a gift certificate at the time of booking.


Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in the price of services.
Gratuities are graciously accepted if you wish to show appreciation for a service well done. The industry standard is 15-20% of the original service price.
